| New Year's Day was recorded as the quietest on record. |
| Wirth's Circus was in Traralgon on 16th January, followed next day with the Band's Annual Picnic to Ocean Grove, aboard the "Omeo". |

| Elsie May Bell, aged 14, was drowned at the Wesley Church picnic at the Sandbank, 3rd March. |
| The Band played on St. Patrick;s Day at the Warragul Hospital Carnival as well as later at Sale and Bairnsdale hospitals. |

| On 30th April there was a public meeting called by Council and a committee formed to consider Cerificates of Appreciation, etc., to present to Returned Soldiers arriving home. |
